Carrier Reps play an important role in the industry - because they help facilitate the growth of the agent, while also being the agent's advocate. As well as being the direct line of communication between the agent's client and the insurance carrier - meaning that they're constantly keeping their ears to the ground in terms of what agents and their members want from their plan!
